In March 2021, I appointed Mike to quote us for our business and commercial insurance. Mike quickly acted on the quotation and took the time to understand our needs. Anthony James were able to provide a fast and favourable quotation for our education business. To date, Mike has provided our insurance and trust that all our insurance needs are in order.

We began dealing with Anthony James as we felt the team understood our business, our sector, and our needs. We were given the option to appoint Anthony James as our insurance broker by transferring our existing policies prior to renewal. This meant that Anthony James could handle the entire review process and negotiate the best possible renewal terms on our behalf. In doing so, we saved time as we only dealt with one insurance broker who we felt were acting in our best interests throughout the process. We achieved a significant saving across our insurance program. Since making the transition, we have experienced great service and would happily recommend Josh Gough and the Anthony James team.

We have recently moved to Anthony James Insurance Broker and the service we have received has been excellent. We are a fast-paced construction company who require our insurance broker to be reactive to our needs and Anthony James certainly achieve this. The first-class service, communication and personal touch all helps to reduce the stress of the insurance process. The whole team at Anthony James (especially Adam Gutteridge our Account Executive) has taken time to understand our business and the business needs which is exactly what we wanted from a broker.

We engaged the services of Anthony James Insurance Brokers just prior to our group renewals last year. Since engaging their services, they have realigned our insurance programme to maximise the levels and scope of cover as well as our overall premium spend. During the last year, we have had a few instances with claims which were not straightforward, they took the lead on these and challenged insurers which resulted in the claims being settled in full. We find their approach is to listen to us and find solutions, which given the nature of our industry is not always straightforward.
