The Anthony James team spent an informative and eventful day at Garlands Corporate Events, for Strategy 2019. At Anthony James, we find it beneficial for our team to have a change of scenery for a burst of energy
to really
focus on cultivating fresh ideas, develop teamwork and to have fun! The morning was broken down into key elements – updates, strategy, goals and tactics for 2019 with fun games between each session.
After lunch and cake to celebrate Bhavna’s birthday, we tried our hand at laser clay pigeon shooting. Most of the team had not tried this before and the results were varying to say the least. Then it was off for team building exercises – a real eye opener to see how we all work together. Quad biking was next on the agenda, going through different terrains (mud, branches and water) before racing across fields to see who was the fastest.
